As your day approaches, I’ll send a thoughtful questionnaire to gather the details that matter most. I’ll collaborate with your planner and vendors to craft a seamless, documentary-friendly timeline so you can be fully present while I handle the logistics.
On your wedding day, I’ll arrive early, support you however needed, and document everything with a calm, intentional presence. You’ll receive a sneak peek within 48 hours and your full gallery within 10 weeks. I’ll also guide you through designing heirloom albums and selecting prints—your memories preserved beautifully.

Q: We love candid moments, but also want beautiful portraits. Can we have both?
A: Absolutely. My approach blends documentary storytelling with intentional guidance, so you never have to choose between honest moments and photographs that feel refined.
I’ll step in when needed to create natural movement and direction, then step back when moments deserve space. The in-between moments matter just as much as the portraits, because my goal is never to make your day feel like a photoshoot — it’s to help you stay present enough to actually experience it.
Q: Q: How early should we reach out?
A: Most couples reach out anywhere from 12–18 months in advance, especially for destination celebrations, popular seasons, and weekend dates.
To give each couple a thoughtful, personalized experience, I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings and elopements each year — typically around 10–15 celebrations depending on travel and season.
That said, every celebration is different, and I’d always encourage reaching out even if your plans are coming together a little more quickly. Sometimes the most meaningful plans happen unexpectedly.
Q: How many photos can we expect?
A: I typically deliver an average of 70 images per hour of coverage. All images are thoughtfully curated and lightly retouched. I never withhold meaningful moments if your day naturally unfolds with more images, you’ll receive them.

A: This depends less on guest count and more on the experience you want.
Multi-location celebrations, slow mornings, private vows, meaningful guest interactions, and space to be present often benefit from additional coverage. During our conversation, I’ll help guide you toward a timeline that feels unrushed and intentional.
