A few ways to make it your own

CUSTOMIZE YOUR DAY

Everything You're Wondering
Before You Reach Out

YOU PROBABLY HAVE SOME QUESTIONS

01/ How far in advance should we book our destination wedding photographer?

For popular dates and destinations, I recommend reaching out 12–18 months in advance. That said, shorter timelines happen all the time, so if your date is coming up sooner, reach out anyway. If I’m available, I’d love to hear what you’re planning!

02 / Does pricing change depending on where our wedding takes place?

Wedding photography begins at $10,000 for celebrations anywhere in the U.S., including Hawaiʻi. Your investment reflects the full photography experience and coverage rather than the distance I travel, so the starting price remains the same whether your wedding is on Oʻahu or across the country.

For international weddings, any additional travel costs are quoted separately and clearly outlined in your custom proposal before you book.

03 / Do you photograph weddings on both digital and film?

Yes. Wedding coverage includes digital photography alongside film, giving your gallery a mix of crisp, true-to-color imagery and the softer grain and nostalgia film brings. Super 8 and drone coverage can also be added if you’d like another layer to the story.

04 / What if we’re not comfortable in front of the camera?

You don’t need to arrive knowing what to do. I’ll give you clear direction when it helps, where to stand, what to do with your hands, the little adjustments that make a portrait stronger, then give you room to settle in and be yourselves.

05 / Can you photograph more than just the wedding day?

Absolutely! Rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, cultural ceremonies, morning-after brunches, and other wedding-weekend events can all be added to your coverage. For multi-day celebrations, we’ll build a custom photography plan around the traditions, people, and events that matter most to you.

06 / Is a second photographer included?

A second photographer is included with destination wedding coverage. It allows us to photograph more of what’s happening at once, from both partners getting ready to guest reactions, cocktail hour, and the moments unfolding elsewhere in the room. For elopements, a second photographer usually isn’t necessary but can be added if your plans call for one. For celebrations of 150+ people, a third photographer is suggested.

07 / Can we customize our photography package?

Yes! Every celebration is a little different, so your proposal can be shaped around the coverage you need. Additional hours, multi-day coverage, Super 8, drone photography, heirloom albums, and other options can be added depending on your plans.

08 / When will we receive our photographs?

You’ll receive a preview gallery within one week of your wedding, followed by your complete online gallery once every photograph has been carefully edited and prepared for delivery (expect 8-10 weeks for complete gallery).

"Leslie remained patient, calm, and reassuring through all of it. She never made us feel rushed. Instead, she somehow managed to capture so many beautiful moments while still making sure we were present and enjoying our wedding day."
