AFTER THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED + DELIVERED YOU’RE OFFICIALLY ON MY CALENDAR. I WILL SEND OVER MY WEDDING GUIDE WITH TIPS, TRICKS, AND A LITTLE INSIGHT INTO TIMELINE HELP.
4-6 WEEKS OUT OF YOUR WEDDING I WILL SEND OVER A WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE. THIS WILL HELP ME BUILD YOUR TIMELINE, AND KNOW ALL THE LITTLE DETAILS FOR THE BIG DAY. THE FINAL INVOICE IS ALSO DUE 4-6 WEEKS OUT, AND I’LL CONFIRM MY FLIGHT TO YOU (IF NEEDED).
WOHOOO IT’S WEDDING DAY!! I WILL SHOW UP EARLY TO SAY HELLO, AND SET UP. I WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH FAMILY PHOTOS, BRIDAL PARTY PHOTOS (IF ANY), AND PORTRAITS OF JUST YOU TWO. AFTER THIS I WILL BE A FLY ON THE WALL, AND CAPTURE ALL THE IN BETWEEN’S. I LOVE DANCING PHOTOS SO I GET IN RIGHT in the dance floor.
I WON’T MAKE YOU WAIT 6-8 WEEKS FOR YOUR PHOTOS. I WILL BE SENDING A VARIETY OF SNEAKS FROM YOUR DAY WITHIN 48 HOURS. DON’T WORRY I WON’T MAKE YOU WAIT TO CHANGE YOUR PHONE BACKGROUND.
I DELIVER FULL WEDDING GALLERIES WITHIN 6-8 WEEKS FROM YOUR WEDDING DAY. I WILL ALSO HELP YOU DESIGN YOUR ALBUM, AND ORDER AY PRINTS YOU’LL WANT TO HANG ON YOUR WALLS. I AM A HUGE ADVOCATE ABOUT PRINTING YOUR PHOTOS AND USING A PROFESSIONAL LAB.

- A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER OF $300 IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING FOR PORTRAITS, AND $1OOO FOR ELOPEMENTS/WEDDINGS. RETAINER IS CREDITED TO THE TOTAL COST OF THE PACKAGES.
- PRICES SHOWN ARE SUBJECT TO A 4.712% HAWAII GENERAL EXCISE TAX.

WE LOVE YOU! WE’RE READY TO BOOK. NOW, WHAT?
Well, that’s exciting!! You’re helping to fund that Disney trip lol! After we have chatted + you decide to go ahead and book your session, I will send you a contract, invoice, and questionnaire. After the contract is signed, you will be invoiced for the retainer fee. For intimate weddings, and elopements I require $1000 down. For portraits sessions, it’s $400 down. The retainer does apply to your final invoice. There are no hidden fees.
HOW ARE MY IMAGES DELIVERED AND HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE?
You will receive an invitation to the online gallery within 8 weeks for weddings + elopements. At that time, you will be able to download all of your high-resolution images. Any fine art prints will be delivered via post within 2 weeks after the invitation is sent.
ADVENTUROUS ELOPEMENTS/SESSIONS?
Okay, so these are totally fun!! This is when we hike to an epic location, and exchange your vows, or take pictures. We will have time for rest before we even begin photographing.
I’M HAVING A DESTINATION WEDDING, DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! I love photographing destination weddings + elopements. If that means that I get to pack my bags and come to you, then it will be my pleasure to do so! Travel fees are added to the final invoice.
